Please be advised that the guidelines published by the Department of Airports are voluntary in nature. While the Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA) encourages local voluntary noise abatement guidelines, it does not view failure of a pilot to adhere to these guidelines as a violation,
infraction or action which may be penalized by the FAA, Palm Beach County, the Department of Airports or any local agency.
